    Called for a quote for my homeowner and two autos. Left a message with receptionist, didn't get a call back till the next day when I was at work. Asked the lady to call me in 30 mins on my lunch. Hour later, no call... I called the agency back and was told she was on the phone. She said she would take a message, I told her I would just find another agent, and the receptionist didn't even hesitate and said "ok, goodbye".
